Arrive in Almaty. Meet and greet your guide. Proceed to your hotel for check-in. You have free time to explore the city on your own. Almaty is known as the “City of Apples”, a bright flower at the foot of the Zailijski Alatau, and one of the most beautiful cities in central Asia. In spring, when the southern outskirts of the city are covered in flowering fruit trees - apples, apricots, cherries - and the gardens are in blossom, the city becomes a beautiful spectacle. Greet your first morning in Almaty with a sumptuous breakfast at your hotel. Today you can explole the city on your ownr or you may opt to join on a guided tour of Almaty City and Koktobe. Almaty is rich in different city attractions like historical and cultural objects, museums, and parks. When starting your trip to Almaty, it is very important to learn the history of the city and visit significant places that are the hallmark of the city. In this regard, we specially developed for you the Almaty city overview tour, in which we put together the city sights that are most remarkable and important for Almaty and its people. We will visit The Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, Arbat, the Square of the Republic and Monument of Independence, and more places to explore! Later we will explore the recreational park Kok-Tobe by cable car (round trip) and enjoy some free time for activities ( on your own). Return back to the hotel. Overnight in Almaty

Good morning Almaty. Wake up to a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you are free to continue your sightseeing of the city or choose to go on an Optional Tour - Medeo and Shymbulak. The tour involves visiting the largest mountain skating rink in the world, located at an altitude of 1691 meters above sea level. You will go up close to the clouds to Shymbulak ski resort, located in the picturesque gorge of the Trans-Ili Alatau at an altitude of 2260 m above sea level. Further, the cable car goes even higher to Talgar Pass, where a magnificent panorama of the Trans-Ili Alatau Mountains opens. The excursion continues to the Medeo boundary, where you will visit a dam that protects the city from mudflows, and go down the stairs, which consist of 842 steps, known to city residents as Health Stairs. We will go by cable car from Medeo to Shymbulak and descend to Medeo by gondola. Later enjoy shopping at Green Bazaar and Rahat Chocolate Market. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Almaty
