It was first time we went on a tour with AFC holidays to Serbia and the experience was nice. I would like to thank Mr. Romario for Booking formality and Mr. Dhruvil did great help at the Airport for the timely assist. It was a good tour and we will be going back again.

This is the first time we are travelling with AFC holidays, Thanks to Dhruvil, Jamaica for all the arrangements They have done it for us. Everything was perfect except the travel part with Etihad Airways, especially Mr. Sandeep from Etihad Airways, He denied our journey for an unnecessary requirement in Serbia. Our Initial tour was to start on 28th November, when we reached the airport before two hours , Sandeep from EY denied our journey by asking some unwanted documents, even we provided confirmation letter from Hotels, he even didn\'t bother to check that. his behavior was so arrogant and rude. after rescheduling AFC manged to send us on 30th November, nobody from EY was asking the documents. Its clearly shows the attitude of that person, he simply wants us not to travel on that day. But Thanks to AFC team for rescheduling the entire tour itenary for us. Even though it was a group tour , AFC made a special Individual tour plan for my family. Once again thanks to AFC making the trip an unforgettable Moments

Pros: The Serbia tour was booked by Daniel. Great support, Well organized tours, Good English speaking guide, Hotel in the centre of the city. Some of the guests had issues during check in for the flights. Apparently there was a new requirement of invitation from the hotel. Nevertheless, AFC rep provided all required support for the guests at the airport.

We went to Belgrade, Serbia during the UAE National holidays. The tour arrangements and coordination by the AFC UAE team was incredible. The efforts of Dhruvil and Larmie are really commendable. Dhruvil even came to airport to ensure all of our check in processes were in order. Belgrade is a beautiful and safe location for a very peaceful holiday with family and friends. The tour guide at Belgrade was great, however he could\'ve been a bit more polite to the group. There were instances where he responded very bluntly in cases wherein we sought for help, when we got lost, during the walking tour. However, I will recommend AFC holidays if you are planning for a great vacation.

A break in/from Covid with AFC holidays This was by far one of the best vacations we have had. Maybe because of the exceptional circumstances. An impromptu decision after the long 7 months of frustration of working from home & not even being able to take a proper break. Like many others who travel frequently, we sually book our tickets, hotels & do our own tours, but given the Pandemic situation, didn\'t want to risk it in a new country. Hence decided to take support of AFC. Really glad I did that cos on the first night itself there was an issue with ac in the hotel & we couldn\'t change the room. Contacted AFC staff from Belgrade at midnight UAE time & he promptly acted, coordinated with the local supplier and we were moved to a different hotel within half an hour. Now this is service at its best. Everything, right from the airport pick up to the hotels, tours and even the suggested restaurants were just perfect. The covid test in Serbia was also well coordinated by AFC, took us all of 12 minutes to complete the whole process. Everyone is looking forward to a break but concerned now because of the pandemic. It was our past experience with AFC that gave us the confidence to travel during Covid. Serbia opened up for tourism but the real crowd is yet to start. Tourists seem to be reluctant because of the Pandemic, but once in the country we didn\'t feel that there was something happening in the rest of the world. A beautiful country with lush green landscapes, great food, friendly people and an excellent weather not to mention, AED can take you far??. What more can you ask for? Call AFC, get packing and enjoy the break - like us. One again thanks AFC for giving us another pleasant experience.
