Kakheti Wine Tour with Bodbe & Signaghi

Begin your day with a departure from Tbilisi to Kakheti, the renowned wine region in eastern Georgia.

Itinerary & Road Map

Day 01: UAE - Tbilisi, Georgia (City Orientation Tour)

Arrive in Tbilisi, Georgia. As soon as your visa formalities are finished, meet your guide and fellow travel mates. Drive to the city and get to know Tbilisi in a two-hour orientation and exploration of the city proper covering the basics like the Peace Bridge and Old and New Tbilisi with Narikala cable car ride. Then drive to hotel for check in. Overnight in Tbilisi. (Standard check-in time: 3:00pm)

Day 02: Tbilisi (Leisure Day or Optional Tour: Kakheti Wine Tour with Bodbe & Signaghi)

Good morning Tbilisi! Breakfast will be ready at the hotel. Today, you have a free day to explore Tbilisi or join the Optional Tour of Kakheti situated in the eastern region of Georgia as a top-notch winery district. Visit KTW Winery, one of the biggest wine and spirits producers in Georgia. Explore Bodbe which is the burial place of St Niño notable for its partially silver and turquoise adorned haloed tomb. Continue the way to Signaghi - The City of Love. Explore the charming cobbled streets and alleys from the hilltop offering panoramic views of the town. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 03: Tbilisi to Guduari (Kazbegi & Gergeti Tour)

Included Meals: Breakfast

Have a hearty breakfast at your hotel. Proceed for a drive to reach beautiful Gudauri. Explore Kazbegi Village with Gergeti. Have a photo stop at Gudauri’s Friendship Monument. Enjoy a 4x4 Jeep tour to Gergeti Trinity Church (if weather and road/ traffic condition permits) and see the stunning views of Mount Kazbegi. Afterwards, check into the hotel as soon as you arrive and have the rest of the day at leisure to catch up on some rest or explore the scenic town. Overnight in Gudauri. (Standard check-in time: 3:00pm)

Day 04: Gudauri- Stop at Ananuri - Drive to Tbilisi Airport

Included Meals: Breakfast

Today is your last day in Georgia. Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and and have some time to explore at your leisure before checking out at the hotel. Before proceeding to the airport, stop by at Ananuri Fortress built in medieval centuries overlooking the Zhinvali infinity water reservoir for a photo stop. We hope you’ve accomplished most if not all of your must-dos when in Georgia. After, transfer to the airport for your onward flight to UAE. (Standard check out time: 12:00 pm)

Professionally managed trip and value for money yet some minor areas need improvement. Seats for air travel were alloted at different places. Not able to change. It was a 4 star hotel, star rating was displayed but I doubt. There is not even a coffee shop or a snack bar inside the hotel.
