Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before heading out for an exciting excursion. Enjoy your day at leisure or join the groups for an optional tour to Huns Ethno Village, located 35 kilometers from Almaty in the Talgar district. This is the perfect place to experience the nomadic past of ethnic Kazakhs while enjoying horseback riding and adventure in the mountains. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with traditional sweets and drinks before enjoying a demonstration of Kazakh traditional horse riding games, such as "Atpen audaryspaq" where two men wrestle while sitting on horseback, and "Kazakh traditional trick riding". There will also be an interactive flash mob where you can learn to dance the traditional "qara zhorga" dance. After the performance, the traditional-style lunch (Kazakh cuisine) will also be served inside the Nomad yurta (Included). Next is the historic Green Bazaar, where you can experience the lively atmosphere of an oriental bazaar while shopping for fresh produce, souvenirs, and local delicacies. The bazaar is a showcase of the ethnic diversity of Kazakhstan, with vendors from various ethnic groups. Spend some time shopping before heading to Rakhat Chocolate Shop, the largest confectionery manufacturer in Kazakhstan. Enjoy the Almaty city tour- visit sights such as The Ascension Cathedral, and the Museum of national instruments (from outside). Next, visit the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, which features the impressive Ascension Cathedral, built in 1907 without nails, that survived the 1911 earthquake. Finally, you will head back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Almaty.
