Arrival at Borg El Arab International Airport, Alexandria. Finish all formalities and get acquainted with your fellow travellers and guide as you join the drive to the capital -- Cairo, the very heart of Egypt. You will jump straight into a visit to the Egyptian Museum. Locally called The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, it is home to the most extensive collection of Egyptian artefacts, housing 120,000 artefacts including sarcophagi, ancient potteries and jewellery, not to miss King Tutankhamen‘s treasure featuring The Golden Death Mask and Sarcophagus and the Mummies Room. Definitely, a solid way to start your trip before heading to the hotel where you will check in as per standard check-in time (3:00 pm). You will have the rest of the day at leisure with the option to join us as we arrange an Optional Tour of a Dinner Cruise at the Nile Pharaoh’s Cruising Restaurant). Overnight in Cairo.

Good morning Cairo. Breakfast will be ready at the hotel to prepare you for the day ahead. Today, you will have a full-day guided tour of the most iconic attractions near the capital. This starts with a visit to the Civilization Museum. A trip to Egypt really is not complete without an experience that takes you back in time and NMEC (The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization) is the perfect spot. This museum is structured to take you through the many eras and civilizations formed in the Egyptian nation like storytelling. Despite having fewer antiquities than the Egyptian Museum, the NMEC rose to fame after they did a Parade of the 22 Royal Mummies including Ramses II. After this, you will visit the three Pyramids of Giza namely Khufu (a.k.a. Cheops or The Great Pyramid), Khafre (Chefren), and Menkaure (Micerinos). Other highlights include The Great Sphinx of Giza (Eternal Sphynx). Overnight in Cairo.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today you have the day at leisure to freely explore at your own pace or opt for an Optional Full Day Tour of Cairo. This excursion will first cover Cairo Castle, also known as The Citadel of Saladin. One of the most iconic architectural feats from Egypt’s Islamic era. Next, you will wander down Old Cairo, a significant place in Egypt’s Islamic history, from here you will find Amr ibn Al-As Mosque, and Hanging Church. It‘s like traversing back in time to an Old Arab Souk with that undeniable trading pulse reverberating the streets. After this, you will head on over to the Market of Khan El-Khalili for some free time to do shopping. This is your chance to take back trinkets and many other authentic and tasteful things to bring back home with you. Overnight in Cairo.

Breakfast will be ready at the hotel before check out. Regroup and join the drive to Alexandria to continue the rest of your exploration. After arrival, proceed to visit The Catacombs of Kom El-Shouqafa, one of the seven wonders of the world during the middle ages & The Roman Amphitheatre. After this, you will have a photo opportunity by the facade of The Citadel of Qaitbay & The Library of Alexandria, once the grandest library of ancient civilization and tragically destroyed in history. You will have time allotted for rest before regrouping to visit the Alexandria National Museum. Have the evening at leisure. Overnight in Alexandria.

Have a serving of breakfast ready at the hotel before going about your day. Take this time to rest or explore at your own pace or go shopping for some souvenirs. Alexandria is one of the most historical cities in the world and is well-loved for that same reason. The Pharos Lighthouse was once one of the seven wonders of the world. There are many museums that might interest you like the Alexandria National Museum or Mahmoud Said Museum. You can also go shopping at the Souq District or Souq Ibrahimiyya. Overnight in Alexandria.

It‘s the last morning of this most-eventful exploration of Egypt. Breakfast will be ready at the hotel before checking out and joining the drive to Borg El Arab International Airport to catch your flight back to the UAE.
