~ If a flight is cancelled by the supplier due to adverse weather conditions or technical/operational difficulties, passengers may either (a) reschedule to the next available flight date at no additional charge (subject to availability) or (b) receive a full refund of amounts paid to the supplier.
~ If passengers are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds exclude third-party or incidental costs (e.g., transportation, accommodation, visas), for which the supplier is not liable.
~ If the clients are coming by their own transportation, the meeting point will be at: Emarat Grayteesah Petrol Station, Grayteesah, Margham, Dubai, UAE.
~ Children less than 7 years of age and anyone more than 80 years of age will not be permitted to fly. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
~ The maximum weight limit is max 120 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
