DEPARTURE TIME
~ Before the sun rises, we will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation to travel to the take-off point in the desert, not more than a 45-minute drive from the city, to start your ballooning journey.
~ Transfers are done on a sharing basis, and private transfers can be done upon request.

~ Passport Copy/ UAE ID/Any Government official ID
Cancellations and Refunds:
~ The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any time due to weather or safety concerns.
~ Cancellation is nonrefundable. If a passenger does not show up at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show. The full charge for the booked flight will apply, and no refund will be issued.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
~ Children less than 7 years of age & Anyone more than 80 years of age will not be permitted to fly. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
~ The maximum weight limit is 120 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
