You become a member when you book a holiday with AFC Holidays. Your loyalty account is registered automatically - no extra steps required.
You earn loyalty points automatically after completing a tour with AFC Holidays. The points are calculated based on your tour cost, including optional tours but excluding taxes, visa fees, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Other travelers on your booking can become members by providing their Emirates ID, email address, and contact number. Their loyalty points will be credited automatically after the completion of the tour.
All travelers are eligible, including children. To receive points, travelers must be above 2 years old and have an email address, phone number, and Emirates ID added on their behalf. Points will be credited after tour completion.
Points are credited to your account after the successful completion of your tour. You will receive a notification once the points have been added.
Your loyalty points remain valid for two (2) years from the date they are credited for each specific tour.
You can redeem your points once you’ve accumulated at least 2,000 points. Points can be used toward any AFC Holidays service, including GIT Tours, FIT Tours, Airline Tickets, Visa Assistance Services, MICE Tours, UAE Excursions and AFC Gift Cards.
Yes, loyalty points can be combined with other AFC Holidays offers and discounts, unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion.
No, loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered client to whom they were issued.
If your tour is cancelled or becomes non-operational, loyalty points will not be awarded for that booking.
You can redeem your loyalty points at the time of booking for any AFC Holidays service, including tours, airline tickets, Visa Assistance Services, UAE excursions, gift cards, and more. A minimum of 2,000 points is required.
