~ Audio guide (available for 25 AED at the ticket counter).
~ Working service animals for the disabled are not allowed on the tour.
~ No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance.

~ The sunset hours are between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
~ We recommend booking an entry time approximately 90 minutes before sunset.
~ Entry is valid for time slots of 30 minutes.
~ You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like.
~ Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
~ Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your experience to avoid delays.
~ Free admission for children under 3.
~ Child tickets are valid only for children aged 8 years and below.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
