~ Tickets may be discounted without notice and without liability to the ticket holder.
~ Tickets are valid only for general admission to Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.
~ Tickets do not entitle the holder to non-complimentary services or additional provisions.
~ Readmission to Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is not allowed.
~ Entry may be refused if, in the reasonable opinion of the staff, the ticket holder poses a safety risk or may affect the enjoyment of other guests.
~ Management reserves the right to refuse admission if the guest’s presence affects the normal operation of Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.
~ All persons entering the venue are subject to the rules and regulations set by management.
~ Riding the Glass-Bottom Boat is subject to safety requirements.
~ Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
