~ Participants of the Dolphin Swim experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
~ If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a no-show.
~ Please note that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself.
~ This experience is for confident swimmers aged 8 and above. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult aged 18 years or older.
~ The maximum number per pod is 8 participants.
~ Guests participating in the Dolphin Swim experience must be confident swimmers and be able to tread water and swim with a mask and snorkel.
~ Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience.
~ Photos are not included in the Dolphin Swim experience, but they can be purchased at the Photo Counter.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
