~ No refund or re-validation will be given on any purchase.
~ B2B entry tickets are valid on all days of park operation.
~ Tuesdays (except for public holidays) are family days when only women and families will be admitted to the park.
~ Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time of the global village.
~ Food and beverages purchased outside the park are not permitted inside the park.
~ Smoking is strictly prohibited except in officially designated smoking areas within the park.
~ A ticket is not valued if the code has already been scanned, has been tampered with, or is out of date.
~ Wheeled devices (for example, roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters) are not permitted for use inside the park unless such items are rented inside the park.
~ Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Global Village is not responsible or liable for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
~ Children aged under three (3), senior citizens over the age of sixty-five (65), and holders of People of Determination ID cards and one companion can enter global village free of charge.
~ Each entry ticket grants entry for one person only with no right of re-entry.
~ Your tickets cannot be canceled once the booking is confirmed although your tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
~ Animals/pets are not allowed inside the park.
~ Sun-Wed: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
~ Thurs-Sat: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
