~ All passengers should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time. Unfortunately, we are not accountable for latecomers and have the right to release the flight as planned.
~ No refund will be granted for tours cancelled.
~ If the tour had to be cancelled due to weather conditions or technical problems, the customer will be notified through a phone call or email. A full refund can be granted, or a rescheduled booking can be arranged.
~ The refund process will require completing and signing a refund form that is accompanied by supporting documents. The refunded amount will reflect in the provided bank account within 7 working days.
~ Conditions of carriage: Falcon Tours reserves the right to offload any passengers or any item if it is suspected to be unsafe or may be harmful to the aircraft, crew, or passengers.
~ Very important: Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights.
~ Insurance: Passengers are insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation regulations.
~ Timings: Subject to prevailing weather conditions, we operate daily around the year from 10 am to 6 pm from Atlantis The Palm helipad.
~ 110 kg for Falcon max weight per pax.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
