~ Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

~ There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
~ Proof of age is required for children and infants during ticket redemption.
~ The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
~ Pregnant ladies over 3 months, any person who has a Heart problem / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months, and is suffering from height phobia, is not recommended for this activity.
~ Each flight lasts approximately 10 minutes. Total experience duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queue management. Please allow for potential extended time during peak periods.
~ Timings are 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM Midnight.

Cancellation Policy:
~ In case Tours or Tickets are cancelled after booking, 100 % charges will be applicable.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
Child Policy:
~ Children below 3 years of age will be considered infants.
~ Children between 3 to 11 years will be charged the child rate.
~ Individuals above 12 years will be considered adults.
~ Guests who do not wish to participate in the flight experience, but want to watch their family, can purchase a lounge access ticket on-site for AED 40 and enjoy a beverage while waiting. Please note that there are limited spaces available in the lounge.
