~ Ticket terms and conditions are final and non-negotiable.
~ Children below two years old enter free. Other attractions inside Dubai Dolphinarium may have different age rules and must be followed.
~ Children who are exactly two years old and above require a valid child ticket.
~ Guests who are exactly twelve years old and above require an adult ticket.
~ Children under seven years old are not allowed inside the show arena without an accompanying adult.
~ Dubai Dolphinarium show tickets do not include the Creek Park entry fee. All visitors must pay the park entry using a NOL card. If a customer does not have one, it can be purchased at Creek Park Gate 1 for 25 AED and can be used by the whole group. The NOL card must have a minimum balance of 5 AED per person. This charge is set by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable.
~ Tickets cannot be used with any other promotion, discount, or special rate.
~ Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to introduce promotional ticket prices. Existing promotions will not be accepted at these rates.
~ Prices and show timings are subject to change without prior notice.
~ Creek Park Bird Show timings: Monday, Wednesday, and Monday at 12:15 PM, 3:15 PM, and 7:15 PM.
~ Closed every Tuesday.
~ Free seating on regular seats may be applied during holidays or for shows selected by Dubai Dolphinarium management.
~ Guests must follow assigned seat numbers when provided.
~ Tickets are valid only for the show issued. No refunds and no transfers.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
