Recently, I traveled to Almaty with my family, and AFC organized everything perfectly in a short period. Hotel stay at Bestwestern plus Atakent park hotel was very good having spacious rooms; The arrangements were flawless, covering everything from airport transfers to sightseeing, all included in the package. Lake Kaindy, Charyn Canyon,Shymbulak Ski Resort, and Kok-Tobe Hill, Nomadic life of Saty village was worth seeing. I m looking forward to creating more wonderful memories with you!
Just wanted to share about our amazing family trip to Almaty, Kazakhstan with AFC Holidays. Everything was super fun and well-organized, except for a bit of a mix-up with the hotel room bookings. Shoutout to AFC staff, our awesome tour guide from the Dubai office, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was super knowledgeable and always there to help. If you re thinking about a trip to Almaty, AFC Holidays is the way to go!
It was a nice and lovely trip to Krygystan and all thanks to AFC tour and staff who recommended us this tour the group members were very friendly and the tour guide were very helpful and explained very well us about the places we visited. Our recent trip to Almaty, Kazakhstan with AFC Holidays was an incredible experience filled with breathtaking landscapes, cultural insights, and warm hospitality. We had the pleasure of being guided by AFC staff from AFC Holidays, as well as local tour guides Diana and Aida, who added depth and knowledge to our journey. Throughout the tour, we had the opportunity to explore some of the most remarkable locations in and around Almaty. One of the highlights was our visit to Shymbulak mountain resort, where we marveled at the stunning scenery and enjoyed the thrilling ride on the ropeway. The panoramic views from the top were absolutely breathtaking and left an indelible impression on our minds. Another mesmerizing natural wonder we visited was Charyn Canyon. Its vast expanse and striking rock formations took our breath away. The tour also included visits to Kolsay Lake and Kaindy Lake, both of which left us in awe of their pristine beauty. The turquoise-colored waters surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful mountains created a tranquil atmosphere and we were fortunate to have our guides share their knowledge about these remarkable natural wonders. One of the highlights of the tour was our visit to Huns Ethno Village, where we learned about the nomadic past of ethnic Kazakhs. The immersive experience allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the Kazakh culture, traditions, and way of life. The knowledgeable hosts in Ethno village provided valuable insights and made the visit truly enriching. While our overall experience with AFC Holidays was exceptional, we do have a minor suggestion for improvement. Since our flight departure was scheduled for late at night on the final day, it would have been more convenient if the tour agency had included a late hotel checkout as part of the tour package. This would have allowed us to relax and prepare for our journey home without feeling tired. Thank you, AFC Holidays, for making our trip to Almaty a truly remarkable and memorable adventure!

The place - Kazakhstan, is great with beautiful scenic views and economical. Having an English speaking local guide helped us immensely to overcome the language barrier. Bibin has been on top of things for us to make the tour seamless and extremely enjoyable. Thank you Bibin and we wish you to be engaged in our future tour programs.
Customized tour to Kazakhstan: Thanks to Mr. Sahshad for organizing the trip in short time with right guidelines very efficiently. It was a great trip. Particularly the Guide Mr. ?ltynbek, very helpful and updated. Stay at Almaty was great; but the second accommodation at Oi Qaraqai was bit disappointing. They have limited staff and no support on luggage handling to top of the tree house and all.. Elderly people have to be informed by hotel reception up hand. For the zip line rides, we paid at counter and while reaching the top it was not working and had to walk; could not communicate effectively as English proficiency is very limited. Hope the comments will help for continuous improvement to support future tourists. All the other activities, restaurants at OI Qaraqai and experience at Shymbulak was great.
Our recent private group trip to Almaty was a resounding success, thanks to AFc Staff, our tour consultant. The planning and execution were flawless. From the initial consultation until our return, he was extremely accommodating in every aspect. During the tour, he conducted daily follow-ups to ensure everything was proceeding according to plan. Even on our final day, which was a free day for our group, he went above and beyond to arrange transportation for some last-minute shopping. Kudos to AFC and they team at AFC Holidays!
