Day 01: UAE - Tbilisi, Georgia (Tbilisi City tour)

No Meals Included

Arrive in Tbilisi, Georgia. As soon as your visa formalities are finished, meet your guide and fellow travel mates. You will get to know the city of Tbilisi in a two-hour orientation and exploration of the city proper covering the basics like the Peace Bridge and Old and New Tbilisi. Then you will proceed to the hotel for check-in. Overnight in Tbilisi. (Standard check-in time: 3:00pm)

Day 02: Tbilisi (Leisure Day or OPTIONAL: KAKHETI TOUR)

Included Meals: Breakfast

First morning in Tbilisi. Breakfast will be ready at the hotel. Today, you have a free day to explore Tbilisi or join the Optional Tour of Kakheti situated in the eastern region of Georgia as a top-notch winery district. Visit KTW Winery, one of the biggest wine and spirits producer in Georgia. Explore Bodbe which is the burial place of St Niño notable for its partially silver and turquoise adorned haloed tomb. Continue the way to Signaghi - The City of Love. Explore the charming cobbled streets and alleys from hilltop offering panoramic views of the town. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 03: Tbilisi to Guduari (Photo Stop at Ananuri Fortress)

Included Meals: Breakfast

Second morning in Tbilisi. Have a hearty breakfast at your hotel. You will then drive to Gudauri, stop by at Ananuri Fortress overlooking the Zhinvali infinity water reservoir for a photo stop. Check into the hotel as soon as you arrive and have the rest of the day at leisure to catch up on some rest or explore the scenic town. Overnight in Gudauri. (Standard check-in time: 3:00pm)

Day 04: Gudauri (Leisure Day or OPTIONAL: KAZBEGI TOUR )

Good morning Gudauri. Dig in to your warm delicious breakfast. After this, you are free to continue the exploration of the city on your own or go on an Optional Tour of Kazbegi Village with Gergeti. Have a photo stop at Gudauri’s Friendship Monument. Enjoy a 4x4 Jeep tour to Gergeti Trinity Church (if weather & road condition permits) and see the stunning views of Mount Kazbegi. Overnight in Gudauri.

Day 05: Gudauri- Drive to Tbilisi Airport

Today is your last day in Georgia. Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and get ready to check out as per the standard time. Drive to Tbilisi Airport for your flight back to UAE. (Standard check-out time: 12:00 pm)

Professionally managed trip and value for money yet some minor areas need improvement. Seats for air travel were alloted at different places. Not able to change. It was a 4 star hotel, star rating was displayed but I doubt. There is not even a coffee shop or a snack bar inside the hotel.

I am writing to share a great experience we have had while traveling to Georgia last 11/08-14/08. We would like to thank AFC team Jacob and Salome and the bus driver.
