Day 01 : Dubai - Kandy (Arrival Transfers)

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, where you will be greeted by your guide for Meet & Greet assistance. Afterward, board your coach for a scenic transfer to Kandy, approximately 125 km away, with a brief stop along the way for lunch (at your own expense). Upon arrival in Kandy, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax and unwind before continuing your journey. Enjoy the evening at leisure, with an overnight stay at your hotel in Kandy.

Day 02: Kandy (Optional Kandy City Tour)

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel. Enjoy a day at leisure or board the coach for an optional guided Kandy City Tour. Begin by exploring Craft Workshops, the Oriental Marketplace, Bazaar, and Gem Lapidary. After some free time for lunch (at your own expense), visit the Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic. This sacred site is a must-see for anyone visiting Kandy. Afterward, return to your hotel, where you can relax and spend the rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 03: Kandy to Colombo (Visit to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage & Spice Garden)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Then, board the coach for a scenic transfer to Kandy, approximately 125 km away. En route, visit the Mawanella Spice Garden, where you'll learn about Sri Lanka's famous spices and their traditional uses. Enjoy a meal (on your own expense). Continue your journey and make a visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a renowned sanctuary where you can see elephants being cared for in a natural setting. Afterward, transfer to your hotel in Colombo to check in and relax. Overnight in Colombo.

Day 04: Colombo (Optional Colombo City Tour/Free Time for Shopping)

Breakfast Included

After breakfast at the hotel, you may choose to enjoy a day at leisure or join the optional guide for a tour of some of Colombo's most iconic sights, including the Old Parliament, Independence Square, Viharamahadevi Park, Colombo Municipal Building, Colombo Museum, Galle Face Green, Red Mosque, and Pettah Market (viewed from outside). Following this, visit the Lotus Tower (viewed from outside) before enjoying free time for lunch on your own. The next stop is Gangaramaya Temple, with entrance included. You'll then have free time to explore Colombo City and shop. Finally, return to the hotel to spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 05: Colombo - UAE (Airport Drop / Flight Back to UAE )

We travelled to Srilanka in the last week of june. Our trip was very well planned and executed by AFC Travel. Right from the arrival at Colombo Airport our tour guide Mr.Ivwin took us to different parts of Srilnka.We stayed at luxurious Golden crown hotel in Kandy.We had wonderful stay in the hotel which is surrounded by hills. Food quality was exceptionally good and tasty which includes indian and continental food. Nuwara Eliya is the beautiful hill station in srilanka.Driving in rain and foggy condition is itself a challenge. Visiting Bentota island is another pleasant experience. Staying in Granbell hotel at Colombo and watching beautiful arabian sea from the window is another experience which we will not forget. Overall very well planned and executed tour from AFC Holidays. Looking forward to have more and more tours thru AFC holidays.
