~ Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to get ready before the session. We advise wearing warm and comfortable clothing suitable for exercising in.
~ Thick, long socks and gloves are recommended if possible. Additional personal protective equipment is available for purchase at the Skate Shop.
~ There are no refunds in whole or in part under any circumstances. All sessions and private lessons sold are non-refundable.
~ Via phone or in person, sessions and private lessons may be rescheduled to a later date and time by giving no less than 72 hours' notice.
~ Sessions and private lessons will not be rescheduled within 72 hours of the session commencement.
~ We regret that should you be unable to attend part or all of your course, there will be no refund or rescheduling. Customers missing the test week may book a private lesson to complete the level or repeat the level. Dubai Ice Rink reserves the right to reschedule sessions and session timings without prior notice and will contact customers accordingly.
~ All issued tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
